Summary: Night manager had to use the Master Key to open my room, as the two keys made did not work. I enjoyed the tgrill of the chase as I hunted and eliminated the 3 massive horsefly’s in my room. I believe they had conspired with the mosquitoes that landed on me, but they’re slow in comparison; easy to take out. I tried unsuccessfully to close my bathroom door, so I could sleep, but it wouldn’t. The running toilet eventually lulled me to sleep. The numerous questionable characters hanging out in front of the hotel getting high was like a Nightmare Before Christmas Welcoming Committee, but I wasn’t in a festive mood after driving for 11hours. I passed on breakfast, and I’m glad I did.

Summary: Upon entering my room, I noticed it had a terrible smell. Fortunately. I was quickly moved to a different room. I ended up switching rooms with my friend for other reasons and although my new room smells fresh, there were no batteries in the TV remote, the alarm clock wasn't even plugged in, and the bathroom floor was clearly in need of repair. The website advertised "breakfast included" but was grossly misleading. There was a waffle maker and pre-assembled "breakfasts bags. No real "options", just whatever was in the bags. When I arrived in the dining area, there were actually no bags at all. Another patron informed me they were all out. I went to the front desk but no one was there. I waited for quite a while. A hotel worker entered the lobby and ask if I needed help. I told him there was no food for breakfast and he said he needed to put more bags out, which he did. Later when we were ready to check out there was no one at the desk. I waited for quite a while. Then I noticed a worker outside smoking and talking to other people (not paying attention to me waiting at the desk). I had to go out and get her. On our way out after grabbing our suitcases from our room, she was gone again, outside smoking, and someone else was waiting for her at the desk. I went out and got her once again.

Summary: Better breakfast

Summary: I was there at 3 o’clock. The room was not ready. I had to wait until 330 to even get into the room. The hallways and the stairs were not vacuumed. They weren’t vacuumed the entire time. I was there. There were several families. I’m assuming that live at the motel Gathered around the front of the building, which is not appealing the only door that it was available to come in at night was the front one because the other three didn’t work was very disgusted with my stay this time. I don’t know if the hotel is under new management, but I was not happy.

Summary: I was totally unhappy with the new continental breakfast which included in a bag, a bottle of water and a granola bar you could make yourself oatmeal or have juice, coffee, or waffle. This is not a continental breakfast. I do not like oatmeal. I don’t eat waffles. I know the cost of things have gone up. However, you could do better on this aspect.

Summary: The room itself was fine. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite. But there were so many kids running, screaming arguing it was not relaxing after being on the road all day. The same kids were all invading the breakfast area cleaning out most of the wrapped food to take to school. Probably would not return.

Summary: This hotel is right off the freeway. It should’ve been all I needed to know, but I was tired and I didn’t research it enough. When I got there after already having paid, of course it was one of those places where I asked the person to show me the room before I even stayed there. It was OK. There were people hanging around in the parking lot lin groups, as well as lots of people outside smoking and so on and this was late at night On the positive side, There was no noise in my area of the hotel. First floor rooms have patio doors that exit to the parking lot which though they have a blocker, just doesn’t feel all that safe. I would not pick it again. Breakfast was OK, sausage was not good. First time I’ve ever seen that.

Summary: we checked in and multiple people were behind the counter and everyone seemed to be listening to the conversation which went on between me and the 2 guys helping me to check in. it felt awkward. when we got to the room it was not a king room as ordered so I went back to tell him. He first was resisting ,saying there was none but I showed him the reservation. He then got us the room we paid for.breakfast was ok - the coffee was not good.

Summary: The outside appearance of the property is bad. Clearly people are “living” there and they have trash/junk everywhere. Windows to rooms were open with curtains & stuff hanging out of them, piles of “stuff” outside sliding doors on first floor. The front desk staff was great!! Our toilet in the first room we were given wouldn’t flush and they immediately switched our room. Base boards are missing from the rooms. We didn’t stay long enough to have breakfast.
